The basic design/pattern is my own (as all my bears are). Every bear is a unique creation, thought out and hand cut one at a time out of recycled fabric from thrifted jeans. I choose the “fabric” very carefully by looking for jeans that are made with top quality 100% cotton denim.

Machine wash and tumble dry. (I recommend covering the eyes with painter’s tape to avoid scratches.)

Notes:
*All my bears are stuffed with soft hypo-allergenic polyester fiberfill. Although I try to make all my products with natural materials and steer clear of plastics, I’ve found that when I stuff my bears with cotton (or other natural) fiber, they tend to hold moisture which makes them vulnerable to mold. It is for a similar reason that I use quality cotton wrapped polyester thread. The strength of the polyester base will keep the seams stronger than cotton thread. My intent is for these bears to last for generations and not end up in a landfill. The PolyFill will last. It will hold its shape. It will launder over and over. It will help your Little Bear last forever through generations.
SAFETY NOTE:
These bears are not meant for children OR PETS, but contain nothing toxic and are child safe with supervision. I encourage all ages to love, squeeze, sit and sleep on these bears, but please keep an eye on teething toddlers who will undoubtedly want to bite off the eyeballs.
